Returns & Exchanges

We have very high-quality standards, however when things get busy something might slip by. If you receive something in which you feel might be a manufacturers error, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will either immediately send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us within the first week after parcel delivery. Returns after this grace period will not accepted.

If you wish to make a return over a matter of aesthetic taste you may do so if you contact us within seven days of the item receipt. You may mail it back to us at buyers’ expense, and we will issue a refund minus a restocking fee equal the cost of the original shipping. Return shipping should be insured. Broken, uninsured glass is not eligible for return.
